Code of Conduct
All Administrators, Editors, readers, advertisers, and other users of this site shall be bound to the following rules:
- Any comment which is intentionally inflammatory, fraudulent, libelous, sexual, defamatory, racist, sexually defamatory, or demeaning toward any person, group of persons, demographic group, or political party is strictly prohibited.
- No private communications may be posted publicly without the permission of the party who sent the communication.
- In pursuance with copyright law, the content of messages posted to this site will remain the intellectual property of its author as the “original author,” unless the author specifically assigns copyright otherwise. The Patient Sufferance is considered a “forwarder” or “publisher,” and the combined “list/site messages” to be considered as “archives,” protected under The Patient Sufferance Copyright. Posts containing material which is protected under copyright for which a person does not have express permission to use, resell, distribute, or otherwise make available is strictly prohibited.
- No person may advertise any commercial service anywhere on the site without the express permission of the Site Administration.
- No person banned or unsubscribed from The Patient Sufferance may register again using some means to circumvent the ban or account deletion, such as use of a different email address. Persons in violation of this policy agree to a $5,000 reinstatement fee and also agree that any disputes will be resolved in Iowa courts.
- Any person with a vested interest to visit and/or post on this site, including receiving monetary or other compensation, must disclose this information to the Site Administrators and will be assigned a special user status to identify him/her as such.
- At no time will participation as a user of The Patient Suffering be disclosed publicly or privately by the Site Administration.
- At no time will user information, including email addresses and I.P. addresses, be disclosed or sold to any organization.

We accept no responsibility for the outcome of any business transaction carried out, in whole or in part, through the use of the website.
- No person may promote or patronize his or her website anywhere on this website without the express consent of the Site Administration.

We are not responsible for the content of any messages posted nor do we vouch for or warrant the accuracy of any message. Because we cannot monitor every message posted, we reserve the right to selectively delete any message for any reason whatsoever.
